Using a unique email address

  • Click or tap Forgot password on the sign in screen, you will be redirected to "Recover Account" page. Enter your email address. 
  • Locate the email sent from [email protected]. The subject line is: MyRxPal-Forget Password.
  • Click or tap Reset Password button in the confirmation email. This redirects you to reset password page. Use our password guidelines to create a robust and secure password.


Didn't see an email? Check your spam or junk folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list.


Sign in again

We'll send an email letting you know you did this.

The subject line is: Your password on MyRxPal Jobs has been changed


Using your Account Settings


  • Sign in using your existing password.
  • Click or tap either the menu (mobile) Three horizontal lines button opens the My Profile menu. or from down arrow icon next to your name, then My Profile. 
  • Scroll down to Change password. 
  • Add your Current password.
  • Create a New password, re-type the same password and save it. 
  • You will receive an email confirming this action.
